We will keep record of your day-to-day operations, financial transactions, and prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements. These statements can be utilized for filing your annual taxes.  There are several different options for data entry which include: daily, weekly, or monthly processing/batching. 

You also have options your record keeping process. We can upload and record data using Quickbooks software on our side where we provide the end product, or you can provide the system/software for entering data. If the data entry route is chosen, your business will have more access and control of your book.  This allows the pulling of records and transactions immediately.  We just ask with either option, please allow a 24 to 48 – hour turn-around depending on the size of your business. 

We specialize in setting appointments for insurance and real estate agents, but we have provided phone services for other business types as well such as  restaurants, medical facilities, staffing agencies, and more. All we ask is that you provide a scrubbed list of names and phone number. This list will need to scrubbed weekly if you would like for us to make a second or third round of calls.  

You have the option to provide the phone technology, or we can provide. 

Due to the current workload, the max cap for outbound calls per business is 250 to 500 calls per week. This number includes all dials (disc, hangups, voicemails, and etc.)

We provide call center services for inbound and outbound calls. We also management emails and provide chat services. At this time, we do not offer 24-hour chat services. We will however monitor your live chats or follow-up with your social media chats. We also provide management and organization of your email inbox. This way you are able to stay in communication with your clients and you don’t miss out on potential opportunities or sales.
